Being away from your family I guess. Adjusting to new culture and environment. Another thing is the food. If I stay overseas for too long I will surely miss the food from my country.

Drinking tap water is not safe. Just to make sure buy only popular brands of bottled water. I have heard that some would bottle tap water and sell it. You can defintely get deceases like amoebiasis by consuming it. Which is not really good to happen especially for someone who really likes to travel.
