Re: My photo and video collection
I don't have photos or videos produced for a physical copy. But I do have collections of photos and videos stored at my cloud services accounts. There are lots of photos stored, and something to turn to for nostalgia. If you are okay sharing those photos and video collections of yours, we would love...

Re: What did teaching teach you?
I remember when I was still in grade school, I want to be a teacher. We have our own blackboard at home and pretends to be a teacher. But it is not easy as I used to think. Being a teacher requires patience, and it something that I learned. But being a teacher is a noble profession, and I love it.

Re: Fruit trip in Bangkok streets
I am a fruit lover, and what I love about Bangkok is it's just like Philippines seeing those fruit stalls. And yeah, there are free tastes too. But I am not for Durian. I don't know. It's not just about the smell actually. I don't find it that delicious. Perhaps it depends on someone's tastes. It wa...

Re: Taking Sides in National Rivalries
It often sometimes that teachers were often told, or other teacher themselves demonize certain countries. Like in the Philippines, based on the history, Spain has colonized our country. They were viewed as enemies. The same goes with Japan during the World War 2. But the US seemed considered a good ...

Re: Political Problems with Your Homeland
I saw a blog from an Australian and other foreigners complaining about Philippines, as well as their hate towards the country's current president who has high approval rate of 82% from the citizens. The president was much loved by the majority. But the mainstream media has been demonizing him. And ...

Re: Pampered Foreigners and Ridiculous Complaints
In another forum website where I am posting, there's a blogger who is an American, posting his link to his blog and then expressing his hatred towards Filipinos. His blog was called "Philippine Fail". The owner is an expat in the Philippines. The articles and forum posts were mostly insin...

Re: Homework
I think it is fine to give assignments to students, but don't go for a lot of items. Giving at least 2-3 times a week would be fine. There is a school in the Philippines where my nephews are studying. The school is never giving assignments because it is the school and teacher's duty to teach childre...

Re: Problems with Living in Vietnam
I've never been to Vietnam, but my sister does. It seems it is fine there. Even some Vietnamese friends, I see nothing wrong. But of course, if you are an expat or a tourist, you should abide with the law. If you are a law abiding citizen, you have nothing to worry. Though there are limitations of ...

Re: Tackling beliefs
At times, you have to defend what you believe in because some people cross the line when they give criticisms. But there are some people who doesn't have humility and will never listen to you. In that instance, you don't have to defend. End the argument because it will lead to nowhere.
