Spammers are often machines not people. In fact, possibly 90 percent or more are bots. In that case, there is no need to ban them, but rather install mechanisms during user registration to stop them. Approving Posts by Hand

One way to stop spambots is by asking users (while registering) to spell a word backward. It seems to work on a friend's forum. Anyway, in that case, approving posts by hand isn't needed in that scenario.

It really depends on what you mean by decent and what lifestyle you're used to. I would say you can live very comfortably for around $1,500 a month. Retiring in Thailand

How many USD a month does it take to live decently in Thailand? Also, what might be some negative things despite the easy cost of living? Finally, a situation of teaching and using retirement funds might be a good idea. How much would one's income be in that situation, on average?
