Por Tor Festival?

So August is here and this means the hungry ghost festival which runs from 21st August to 27th September is Approaching. For those hearing this for the first time, this is when the deceased offer incense as a way to alleviate the suffering of the ghosts. So, what's your opinion on this?

Is tap water safe to drink in Thailand?

Bottled water can be expensive to buy on a daily basis. I know rainwater should be treated before drinking but some times you don't have the time to do it. Anyone who knows about Thailand water sources? Is the tap water clean to drink?
