Favourite beach in South East Asia

Country that has the best infrastructure to give access to pristine beaches? I'm thinking it is either Thailand (great infrastructure, pretty good but not great to pretty good beaches depending on location) or Malaysia (pretty good infrastructure, fantastic and unfrequented beaches) anyone else have any other input? I'd buy a property in Thailand and would come here a couple of times a year, but I’m afraid of all that paperwork of registring property in another country
