One would be the anti bullying campaign wherein a school would declare whether there are cases of bullying in their institution so that the other groups could intervene and help them identify ways to reduce bullying in the school. Another is that reporting to an adult if there was an episode of bullying and remembering that bullies like to make other people feel small because they themselves feel small so in order to fight bullying one must not go down to their level and fight them back istead they should understand and help the child as much as possible and set ways to prevent them form doing inappropriate things to others again.

Keep in mind that when someone bullies you, it is not your fault. They are the ones who need to be mindful of their actions and you have n't done anything to deserve bullying. Keeping this in mind will help you have a positive attitude in facing them and ignoring whatever they say to you. This is only for people who only bully verbally. just ignore them, don't listen to what they say, and continue doing your thing. Hopefully they'll notice that you're not affected and they'll eventually go away. If they still continue, or if the bullying is also physical, don't be afraid to tell your parents, teachers, close friends, or other adults so that they can help you. Do not be afraid of reporting them because you're doing the right thing. Chances are they think that hurting people is the norm and they will continue to do this in the future. It helps if they are stopped now while they are still developing emotionally.

If The Bully Says or Does Something to You
Ignore the bully. If you can, try your best to ignore the bully's threats. ...
Stand up for yourself. Pretend to feel really brave and confident. ...
Don't bully back. ...
Don't show your feelings. ...
Tell an adult.
Telling an adult usually makes the situation worse for most young people. Because most of the time, the end result is the bully or bullies, end up getting reprimanded and whatever consequences they end up facing... will result in them seeking you out and making you pay for their troubles.
