Muay Thai training gym

I am a fan of mixed martial arts and Muay Thai coverage on tv is one of my favorites although it is shown early in the morning. When I first went to Thailand, I was not able to see a gym for lack of time. Our itinerary was full for the 3 days vacation. On our second trip in 2015, I had already told the tour guide about it but there was a conflict with the Open Safari zoo. I would like to see how the Muay Thai fighters train because from what I heard, fighting is not just a sport but partly religion. Fighters pray (or meditate maybe) before fighting. I also want to confirm if all those I have read are true. By the way, the Thais are the feared fighters in the Muay Thai league.
