Singapore scholarships

I would love to study in Singapore for a while. So I have been looking for a nice university in Singapore to apply for a scholarship, just any scholarship that wouldn't take more than 4 years. Anyone with more knowledge about colleges in Singapore offering scholarships?

The top Singapore universities (NTU and NUS) do offer scholarships. It is under the Office of Financial Aid. However, the competition is stiff since you are not guaranteed to get it even with good grades alone. Having excellent co-curricular records and achievements would go far to help you get selected.
